This page sets out how Paysys Labs handles personal data submitted through paysyslabs.ai. It applies to the marketing website and demo request form. Privacy practices for our deployed products are governed by the contract in place with the client institution.

• Information you provide in the demo request form: name, business email, organisation, role, and any message you choose to share.
• Analytics events through GA4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (page views, referrers, anonymised IP, campaign parameters).
• Operational logs maintained by our hosting provider for the purpose of running and securing the site.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery session.
• To measure the performance of our marketing and improve the site experience.
• To meet our legal and contractual obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use vetted processors (form delivery, analytics, hosting) under appropriate data processing terms. A list is available on request to [email protected].

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
